Needle Rasps

Needle File Rasps allow wood workers to hand craft intricate designs in wood sculpture, hand crafted furniture and scroll work, etc. Choose from a wide selection of shapes and sizes to create or perfect intricate patterns.

Hand Rasps

Cut on both flat sides and single cut on one edge, this rasp is parallel in width and is used by woodworkers, plumbers and soft metal workers.

Half Round Rasps

Cut on both flat and rounded sides with single cut edges, this rasp is thinner and has a larger radius on the rounded side than the Half Round Rasp. Made with finer teeth, it tapers toward the point – leaves a smoother finish.

Round Rasps

Round Wood Rasps are used for the same purposes as Regular Wood Rasps in places for which their shapes make them particularly effective. Made from steel of the same size as Round Files.

Cabinet Rasps

Cabinet Rasps are for use by cabinetmakers and woodworkers. The curved side of these rasps is similar to that of Half Round Rasps but has a larger radius. Single cut on edges.

Horse Rasps

Rectangular rasp, tanged, cut on four sides. One flat side with rasp cut, one flat side with cross cut, two edges with file cut.

Sculptor's File Rasp

For working on wood, ivory and plastics. They are used in pattern shops and where the ordinary rasp does not reach; e.g., woodcarvings, sculptures and ornaments.

Staircase Maker's File Rasp

These tools are indispensable for staircase makers. Among other uses they serve for touching up on handrails and ornaments. The fine, sharp rasp cut is for preliminary work; file cut on the reverse side is for finishing.

Half Round Bent Rasps

Half Round bent rasp-cut only
