PFERD produces a complete range of coated and non-woven abrasives including Fiber Discs, Flap Wheels, Belts, Flap Discs, Rolls and much more. With innovative specialties like POLICAP® seamless abrasive caps, you'll find new solutions for your finishing needs with PFERD. The Seamless POLICAP® Abrasives program consists of Cones, Tapered Drums, and small Caps. Each abrasive POLICAP product is mounted onto a rubber head. The slotted rubber head firmly locks the POLICAP abrasive in place using centrifugal force. POLICAPS are used for finishing or polishing hard to reach surfaces or recessed areas. Almost unlimited use for awkward areas and deep cavities that need finishing. Available in Coarse (60-80 grit), Medium (150 grit) and Fine (280 grit). This section lists the small coated POLICAP® seamless abrasive caps by shape, and includes the appropriate expanding rubber head required to run the caps. PFERD's POLICAP® Shape A seamless abrasive caps are cylindrical, with parallel sides and a flat nose. |
