Depressed Center Grinding (Type 28) SAUCER
PFERD » Grinding & Cut-Off Wheels » Depressed Center Grinding (Type 28) SAUCER
Concave saucer-shape Type 28 depressed center grinding wheels provide greater contact area to the work piece. Because they require only a shallow work angle (15% or less), Type 28 grinding wheels are ideal for comfortable grinding on flat, broad surfaces, and into corners. PFERD Type 28 wheels are heavily reinforced, and are an excellent choice for tough applications like beveling and edge grinding. Available in Aluminum Oxide and Zirconia for steel, and Silicon Carbide for concrete and masonry.
