PFERD produces a complete selection of depressed center rough grinding wheels to meet the most demanding applications. For 3" through 9" diameter for electric and pneumatic angle grinders. Available in Aluminum Oxide, Silicon Carbide and Zirconia grain types. Wheel labels are color coded for easy product selection to help ensure the right wheel is on hand based on your power tool, material and application. Specialty wheel manufactured specifically for use on soft aluminum, brass, and greasy materials that cause loading problems. PFERD Textile products are cotton-fiber based abrasive tools developed for use for medium to light grinding, weld blending, deburring and surface finishing of stainless and aluminum. Textile wheels can grind and finish in one operation. These Type 27 depressed center wheel are produced with a tough resin bond, and extremely resistant to loading. Designed for use on aluminum and soft, greasy materials susceptible to loading problems.
