One-step POLIFAN^® Flap discs are aggressive, and capable of extremely high removal rates. They grind quietly and comfortably for enhanced user comfort. They leave a superior surface finish, and can save you time and money.

Introducing POLIFAN^® CURVE
New! POLIFAN^® CURVE Flap Discs are designed for grinding fillet welds on Steel and Stainless workpieces. Because the flaps are wrapped right around the disc periphery, POLIFAN CURVE flap discs save time and money. They provide long service life, and consistent, easy-to-control performance while grinding. Experience drastic reduction in time to grind your fillet welds, and improved finish results! Available in two radius sizes, large and medium.

In addition to their primary function, POLIFAN^® CURVE Flap Discs offer a versatility unmatched by conventional products. Capable of handling all grinding tasks achievable with conventional flap discs, POLIFAN^® CURVE will grind on the edge and the top of the disc. This eliminates the need to rotate workpieces, or to grind upside-down. Manufactured with Premium Zirconia Coated Material.
