Engineered exclusively for applications where it is necessary to grind away large amounts of steel, POLIFAN^® STRONG Flap Discs are the ultimate choice for unparalleled productivity. These unique discs will outperform all other flap discs and bonded wheels in removal rate as well as amount of metal removed for service life of the disc. Manufactured with premium Zirconia coated material. Requires a 1,000+ watt angle grinder (1,200 minimum recommended). The more power applied, the better the disc performs.

Choose 36 Grit for rough grinding and maximum stock removal. Choose 50 Grit for optimal performance on edges - applications such as bevelling and chamfering.

POLIVLIES^® Non-Woven Flap Discs excel on fine grinding and surface finishing of stainless steel components. They can be used to clean welds, remove heat discoloration and lightly dress stainless steel assemblies. They are especially effective in post-assembly finishing work in process equipment and tank fabrication.
Available in 4-1/2” and 5” diameters, 7/8” arbor hole, or equipped with a 5/8-11 quick change hub. Choose from 3 material grades:

• Coarse (tan)
• Medium (maroon)
• Fine (blue)

POLIFAN^® Mini flap discs are produced in 2" and 3" diameters. Available in Flat shape in Zirconia grain as well as Aluminum Oxide, with a grit range of 24 through 120. Like standard POLIFAN^® flap discs, Quick Change POLIFAN^® Mini offers many advantages over mini fiber discs, such as longer tool life, cooler and more aggressive grinding, and the ability to grind and finish surfaces in one step, all without the need for an additional backing pad.
